We run our own school in Samalkha, Panipat district of Haryana, providing quality education to children from underprivileged families. Additionally, we extend financial support to other educational institutions to ensure that every child has access to learning opportunities.
For over a decade, Maa Vaishno Devi Trust has been supporting marginalized communities through its food distribution drives. On average, we serve food to over 350 people daily, including migrant laborers, the homeless, and roadside inhabitants in Gurugram and other states. To protect our environment and Mother Earth, we conduct weekly Havans using pure cow ghee and samidha made from desi cow dung, promoting spiritual wellness and environmental purification. Additionally, we engage in regular cleaning activities in public areas, roads, and streets, and organize tree plantation drives, including campaigns like "Selfie with Tree" and "Plant a Tree in Your Loved One's Name."
President of Maa Vaishno Devi International Foundation Trust, Kuldeep Sharma, leads a 30-acre Gaushala in Nuh, Haryana, which features a sustainable biogas plant and provides specialized care for blind cows and those rescued from slaughterhouses by the police. This initiative underscores our commitment to cow welfare and sustainable practices, while also supporting other Gaushalas in Gurugram and Barsana.
During the pandemic, with the efforts of Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, we facilitated the shipment of hundreds of oxygen concentrators from the USA to families in need in India and dispatched thousands of steam vaporizers to Almora, Uttarakhand, to raise awareness about COVID-19 prevention. Additionally, we provided relief materials to marginalized communities in various states and established COVID-19 isolation centers in collaboration with multiple organizations.
